.mov file convertered to .flv using AME but no video, only sound

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to this but have looked around and can't find someone with the exact same issue as me, so any help would be great.

I have a video format of .mov which i converted to .flv using AME and have added it to my Adobe Captivate 6 project as a video.

I changed the flash player to match my browser as previously I was getting a cannot connect message.  This has now gone, and I can hear the video, but not see it.  Can someone help?

I have cleared the cache and restarted my machine, re-published, but no joy.
