Hello!

I have a video that has a transparent background that I am trying to get into captivate. but it is telling me that the file isn't supported.

Research says I need to do an FLV file but media encoder doesn't allow that anymore??

Anyone know how I can import a QuickTime video with a transparent background?

The transparent background is key here!!

That is what I wrote indeed...

That's really unfortunate. We could create some really amazing stuff if we could put a video of a host talking on top of what we create...

Only mp4-format is supported, and that doesn't allow transparency, sorry.

The mention of 'FLV' is outdated, since Flash player is dead. You need to use the Adobe Media Encoder to convert to H264 (mp4).

The problem is MP4 doesn't retain the transparent background and puts a black background in.
