Move typing to previous slide?

Hello,

Is there any way to move typing from one slide to the previous. I am recording typing in text into a field and i noticed that one slide has me clicking in the empty field then the next slide has the typing action on the timeline as the first thing that displays. is there any way to move this typing to the end of the previous slide's timeline?

    Hi Deb

    Note that Captivate versions 3 and 4 offer a Text Animation called Typing Text and Typing Text with Sound that you could use. Just remove the typing layer from the slide where it isn't desired. Then add the Text Animation on the slide where you want it.
