Moving Buttons

I am working in a responsive Captivate 9 project which involves a quiz, the buttons on the quiz slides are absolutely fine, however, when previewing the project in SCORM or on our LMS the buttons I have created seem to either move left to right or up and down making you unable to select them.

Please help, we've had this problem a number of times but cannot afford to waste time restarting the projects. Thank you.

Try in the menu Help, Updates. Or go to this page:

Adobe - Adobe Captivate Support Center : Downloads

Beware: first use CleanPreferences (subfolder Utils under Captivate installation folder) and delete the Layouts in the Public folder. More instructions here: Release notes for Adobe Captivate 9.0.1

That's brilliant! Thank you for your help.

Is there any possible way that I could be informed about bug & fixes?

Follow the Adobe blog (last link), these forums, social media... Sorry, there is no direct way, which is a pity.

Thank you for your reply.

The exact version we are using is 9.0.0.230

That is the reason for your problems. Please update ASAP to 9.0.1.320. There was a quick patch released soon after the detection of this important bug, but that patch is included in the last release.

Can you check the exact version number (Help; About...)? This was a bug in the first release, the present release is 9.0.1.320.
