Moving CS4 to new laptop

Hello there,

My original laptop has some troubles, therefore I had to buy a new one. I unistalled the CS4 in old laptop and tried to installed from original DVDs the CS4 on the new laptop. However once I typed the serial number, I got message that it is unvalid serial number. How may I solve it?
