MP4 video Blurry but same size as Captivate Project

I have an MP4 video recorded via Microsoft Teams, that I'm trying to import into Captivate.  The properties of the MP4 are 1920 x 1080 and my Captivate project is also 1920 x 1080 and the video is still blurry.  I thought if I had the resolutions aligned I woudl be ok, but it appears not. Any help?

    Try to re-encode with Adobe Media Encoder packaged with Captivate. Maybe you can improve the quality (never have trusted MS for anything graphical).
