MP4 Video not disbributing across all files in Captivate 8

Hi there,

I have an mp4 video that I need to embed in a captivate 8 project. The video is a person talking about websites that need to be shown onscreen. The problem is that when embedded, it is not distributing across the entire project. There are 42 slides, and it is getting stuck at slide 17. When I imported the video I did select distribute across multiple slides. There are 65.4 seconds left of the video once it gets to slide 17. Could the team help on this issue? Many thanks, Jenny

Hi there Kevin,

I worked this out. It turned out that slide 17 for some reason had a time lapse for the duration of the rest of the video. I edited this to be just a minute, then re-imported the video to into my presentation. This worked fine. Jenny
