MP4 video not playing.

We have republished some projects in HTML5.  The videos that were in the project are now MP4 video.  Some of our clients are having problems with the video not playing.  It isn't consistent across the company just here and there.  They all play for me so it is hard to fix a problem you can't see.  Does anyone have an idea?

    Some may not have the required CODECs to decode the MP4 format.

    Tell the ones that are having issues to try updating their video drivers.
