MP4 video not playing from website

Using Captivate 2017.  Windows 10. Converted original MP4 file with AME to new MP4 file.  Have created a one page test project. Output to HTML5 only.  Although have also Published to both Flash and HTML5 with same negative results.   Video plays in Preview and from Preview after Publishing.  But not from website.  Only displays loading and no video.  Link: http://www.wareferees.org/courses/captivate/fouls/mp4%20test/index.html. Have tested from Edge/IE10 and Chrome and android phone.

    Check with the web server administrator to verify that your webserver is set up to serve the MP4 mimetype.  That would be the most likely reason a video file is not working from a given server.
