MP4 Videos

I am not sure why when I upload an MP4 video and go to preview video(s)        wont play.  Please help.

I don't understand what you mean by 'upload'? If you mean inserting a mp4 video in a Captivate project, how was it created? Can you try to convert it to the proper codec with Adobe Media Encoder (is included with Captivate) to be sure the correct H264 is used?

Thank you. my apologies, i do mean inserting rather than uploading. What is H264 and how do I ensure it's used?

Open Adobe Media Encoder, choose H264 (mp4 is much more general, H264 is a codec that creates 'mp4'). That one will be accepted by Captivate if you convert it with AME.
