Multi Scorm Packager causes moodle to close IE browser window at end of first project.

I am using Captivate 9 and the multi scorm packager then loading this into Moodle. I have 2 projects. In the publish preferences I set "start/end" to "close project" for the first project. This is supposed to cause moodle to auto continue. Works perfectly in Chrome but in IE that setting causes the whole window to close. What settings do I use to auto continue in moodle for IE?

DON'T use Close Project.  Set the Start/End option to Stop Project instead.  Moodle should AutoContinue with that setting too.

Unfortunately, the project just stops and does nothing when applying Stop Project instead.It does not AutoContinue in either Chrome or IE. One other thing I noticed is that when you click the close X in the navigation bar Chrome will close the project and start the next project. Where IE will Closes your entire browser window when you click the close X. Am I missing a setting somewhere that will stop IE from doing this?
