Multi-Slide Video & Slide Narration overlap

I have a multi-slide synchronized video playing on my slide (all on one slide only). But I also have a short narration audio on the slide itself introducing the video.

I want the video to play only after you click the Play button on the player skin, but right now the video begins automatically when you arrive on the slide.

This causes the narration on the slide to overlap with the narration of the video.

How can i do this?
