Multilple Highlight boxes - fill outer area

G'day folks

Is it possible to have more than one highlight box being active at the same time - with each highlight box having the "fill outer area" option selected?

When I've tried it, they kinda cancel eachother out such that both end up being shaded by the other's "fill outer area" shading.

Cheers,

Richard.

Hi Richard

Sorry, but that's the way it works. Each of the Highlight Boxes' outer areas will indeed shade the areas you likely don't want shaded.

There are a couple of workarounds you may wish to consider.

  1. You could insert many different Highlight Boxes and create a mosaic of sorts. Each of the Highlight Boxes would simply shade a section of the slide.
  2. You could insert one single Highlight Box to shade the entire screen, then layer in some images of the areas you don't wish to shade.

Hopefully this helps... Rick
