multiple choice question

I have created a multiple choice question using the question slide. When you click submit for one of the responses a feedback box doesn't appear. Is there a limitation on how many responses there can be?

I'm not sure what you mean - can you rephrase the question with more detail?

I have 4 choices for a multiple choice question and if the learner choosed answer C a feedback box (indicating correct or incorrect) does not appear. It works for answers a, b, and d but not C. Hopefully this better clarifies the issue I am having.
