I'm new to Captivate and still using the free trial, and it keeps freezing and/or crashing during the following operations:Trying to open a new blank project in using a Custom size (1280 x 720).Trying to resize the project once it is already open.Trying to apply a new theme to a resized project (on the few occasions when I've been able to actually get a custom size).Trying to import a Powerpoint presentation.Trying to import new AssetsStarting Captivate (sometimes it freezes on loading)I have tried resetting the preferences multiple times, restting the preferences and then rebooting, etc. Not sure what else I can try?

Multiple freezes/ crashes using Captivate 2019 (11.8.0.710) on Mac Studio running Monterey (12.6.2)

I'm new to Captivate and still using the free trial, and it keeps freezing and/or crashing during the following operations:

Trying to open a new blank project in using a Custom size (1280 x 720).
Trying to resize the project once it is already open.
Trying to apply a new theme to a resized project (on the few occasions when I've been able to actually get a custom size).
Trying to import a Powerpoint presentation.
Trying to import new Assets
Starting Captivate (sometimes it freezes on loading)

I have tried resetting the preferences multiple times, restting the preferences and then rebooting, etc. Not sure what else I can try?
