Multiple Language Quizzes

I have a Captivate 2019 project that contains four languages and am using advanced actions for the appropriate language to be displayed. However, it doesn't look like I can do this for the quiz questions. Yes, I can change the quiz slides to be "regular" slides, but before I do that, I wanted to see if anyone has an idea on how to do it.

Note: The client does not want separate files for each language. It must be in one file.

You need to use the Branch Aware feature. Have a look at:

For the questions themselves I recommend to use GIFT import, easy to trnaslate.

Before creating quiz slides for a language you need to edit the Default Labels in Quiz Preferences.
