multisco packager won't create new course

The app opens from inside Captivate 8 on the Mac, but clicking on the "New course" icon results in nothing.

When you open the Multi-SCORM Packager, do you see a button like the one indicated below?

If so, what happens when you click that button? Do you get a Course Manifest dialog pop up to allow you to specify details of the overall course?

No, Rod. None of the template boxes appear, nor does the grey banner and "Choose a template" text appear.

Just the New course and the Publish course small icons at top, and nothing happens when I click either.

Adobe support says they are aware of the problem. No estimate on when they'll have it fixed. Great.
