My published Captivate 9 project looks different when opened on different computers.

I developed it as a responsive project with the intent to make it responsive in the future.  Right now, though, we are just looking at it on a desktop, and depending on who opens it, it looks different.  When I open it, everything looks great.  When colleague #1 opens it, the text is huge and cut off.  When colleague #2 opens it, it looks like different fonts on the same slide (I used georgia).  Additionally, depending on whether it the file is directly on a desktop versus in a folder on a shared drive, the timing of audio and effects are off (desktop is good to go; folder seems to cause delays in teh audio so that it is not synched with visual effects).  Eventually we will publish to server space and launch out of LMS.
