What do you mean by 'link'?  Which version are you using? If it is CP8, is it a normal or a responsive project? For a normal project, are you publishing to SWF or to HTML or to both?

Thanks for helping me, Im using Captivate 8, it is responsive and it has a test too. I published it in HTML and in PDF none of them work, I need to finish more projects as soon as possible for my company, your help is very much appreciated

Publish to PDF has no sense, moreover in my version of CP that is totally impossible with a responsive project which can only be published for Devices (HTML5). The PDF-option, available for normal projects, will create an interactive PDF which means the Flash Player has to be used. Flash is not supported on devices.

How did you test? For a responsive project you have to upload the project to a webserver and launch it from the index.html file.
