Navigation bar Help!

Hello,

I upgraded to the captivate 3 version from captivate 1. I notice that when I publish my movie as a flash file it publishes 2 files. One is the skin, and the other is the simulation. I insert these flash files into a ppt using Articulate and I can only insert One flash file per slide. When I insert the simulation flash file the movie launches, however it does so WITHOUT the navigation bar. Naturally because it's wrapped up in the "skin.swf" file.

Can anyone help me figure out how I can get the movie to publish as one file with the navigation bar? I am currently using the BMP Playbars skin thinking that this option would help since it was what I was using in captivate 1.

Thank you all in advance.

    Hi Mjsantos06

Try a different approach maybe?? Publish as a standalone with "full screen" selected and set your project options to "Close on end", then set up a hyperlink in Powerpoint to the exe output. Net result is that the hyperlink opens your movie, it displays in full screen thus looking like part of the Powerpoint presentation and it closes automnatically at the end leaving you back on the Powerpoint slide where you were.

    Cheers
