Need a Low-Cost LMS - 1-4 Students - Ideas? Suggestions?

Hi,

I am a small school and need a bare bones LMS that can track student engagement, and also track time spent in an outside link I provide within the course. My state requires me to track online time. Cengage will provide me with the ebook, quizzes, video clips & tests, but I need an LMS platform to track student time.

I only have ONE student for now, and looked at a few cheap & free platforms, but most cheap and free LMSs do not track student engagement. Others offer everything including a website and lots of expensive extras I really don't need.

Hoping the experienced people here can help with a few ideas!
