Need a specific form

Hello,

I need to make a 5 options spahes with buttons asside, when I press a button it changes the state of the shape. The shapes function is like 3 are good answers and 2 are not. What I want is to show the next button only when the 3 correct buttons are pressed, and if the 2 wrong buttons to not show the next button.

Can somebody help me?
