Need both Retake Quiz and Review Quiz buttons

Hello,

I am working in Captivate 7.0. I have a quiz (assessment) I built. I would like my users to be able to review the quiz if they miss any questions and then retake the quiz. However, when I review the quiz, the Retake the Quiz button disappears. On the Settings tab, I checked the box "Allow User to Review the Quiz". I would like my users to be able to review the quiz and then retake it. How can I keep both the Review Quiz and Retake Quiz buttons displayed?

Hi Sarah,

It is not possible to attempt the quiz after reviewing it.

However, you can set up the quiz results slide in such a way that only retake button will appear if the user fails the quiz and after passing review button will appear, for that you can drag the retake button over review button.

It is important for our users to be able to review the quiz and then retake it. (I understand the reasoning for this not to be a typical option.) Is there anyway I can have both displayed?

Not with the default functionality of the default question slides. To understand better how they are designed:

This means that the Review button will only appear when attempts on quiz level are exhausted, sorry.

With custom question slides, that you create using standard objects, widgets, advanced actions, variables you can have total control. But it is a lot of work, and question pools are not possible in that case.
