Need help please: can't save changes to audio

I am unable to save changes to audio. Working fine until today. I've gone to "Classic" reset and also tried adjusting my display.  No luck so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Which version are you using? Are you on Win10? If yes, can you check the display setting for fonts? Try to decrement the %.

    Hi.  Thank you for your response. Win 7.  I've no no problems with this issue until today.

    OK, did you try to clear the Preferences? In the subfolder 'Utils' of the installation folder of Captivate, you'll find a CleanPreferencesWin.bat file that you have to run while Captivate is closed. If you didn't really change anything to your OS, maybe this could restore the original situation.
