need help to create custom questions

I have just stared using captivate and first thing I got for development is the course (no SCORM) with four different types including score screen.

1.       Static screen with image and text (this is pretty simple)

2.       Question screen, that has 4 options say one, two, three, and four and the requirement for this question is
user has to use TAB key to select any option
on clicking ENTER key feedback for the option appear (depending it right or wrong)

3.       Question screen but here I don’t need radio or check buttons, what I need is simple text options with rollovers to select.

4.       Feedback screen, how to connect all these question to provide feedback as there are statics screen in between question screens.
