Need help to solve this issue

hi , I have problem with Adobe captivate 9 i can use it because it's blocked after 1 min and I recieve message (Adobe captivate stop working....) this proble happen for with all Adobe product I'm using Windows 10. So please I need help to this issue.

    Hello Damien, 

    Do you try to uninstall and install back Adobe Captivate ? 

    Is your captivate crash even if you dont do anything else or when you add content on your slide ?

    Other software crash ? or only Captivate ?

    Maybe try to clean your  "temp" file by using Ccleaner.

    Do you run Captivate as Administrator (use right-click menu on the launch icon)? Do you clean the cache regularly? Did you install Captivate on your system, not on a networked drive? Are the paths specified in Preferences, General settings pointing to folders on your system, not on a networked drive?

    Can you clear the Preferences? Run the appropriate file in the subfolder 'utils' under the installation folder.

    Are you behind a firewall?

    Do I understand correctly that crashing is happening for all Adobe applications? I just answered for Captivate. It makes me wonder if you installed them on your system, not on a networked drive, or that there is not enough space on the HDD or SSD you are using?
