Need help with purchase using educational discount

I am an American living in South Korea. I am employed by Woosong Information College and would like to purchase a licence for Captivate to create lessons for my students. I believe that I qualify for the educational discount, but when I try to make a purchase I am redirected to the order page that is in the Korean language. Unfortunately, I do not understand the language and do not know how to proceed. It is possible to get an English version for a purchase make from a Korean ISP?
