Need help with SkyPrep & Captivate 9/10 [edited for brevity]

I need help.Landed a great JOB. Inherited SkyPrep as the LMS. No resources for this LMS not even a single page.  No matter the settings in scorm..my course content created in Captivate 9/10 will not report nor will it advance.  I can see the adobe building in Salt Lake from my window.. maybe i bring lunch and find somebody...?? smiles..
