The company that owned RoboDemo was bought by Macromedia, and that in turn was purchased by Adobe ... a long way of saying, simply, RoboDemo is no longer supported - by anyone - that I know of.

That said, if you have the registration information for RoboDemo, you might try contacting Customer Care for Adobe and ask for help from them. You never know - they might have someone on staff who remembers RoboDemo and is able to help (but keep in mind that you might be talking with someone in Bangalore, India, who never heard of even the company [eHelp Corporation], much less the product).
