i lost my source files due to harddisk damage. Would you please let me know the procedure how can i retrieve the previous source files or modules in captivate.

You don't even tell if you have the published output files? Are they SWF or HTML based?

If you did not have backups anywhere else except on the same hard drive that is now damaged then the answer to your question is that there is no way to retrieve those files. You'll need to rebuild them from scratch. Sorry.
