Need to pause Background music during .flv playback

Hello,

I have a project that has 2 .flv videos, and I need to pause the background music while the user is playing those videos- is there an advanced action that would let me do this?  Any other ideas?

Does 'stop background audio' on the slide properties not suit your needs?

Well, yes and no.  In a pinch, yes.  However there is some narration before I want the viewer to watch the video- so I would need the music to stop when the user clicks play.

Sorrry about that, guess I should have explained the issue better...

No worries.

I looked through the Cp4/5 system variables and I didn't see a way to manually set the background audio to 0%.

I don't know what else is going on in your slide so this may or may not give the effect you want, but can you mute the background audio in the slide properties and add the narration audio to an invisible object on the slide?
