I need to generate transparent flv, swf, avi, mp4 movie files for talking avatar?

Legend

I believe the only container formats that support alpha channel transparency are MOV and FLV.

I know SWF USED to offer transparency, but it's been a while since I've encountered one. I believe you are just out of luck with AVI and MP4.
