Negative Points on Click Box interaction.

Is there a way to assign negative points to a click box interaction?  I know that you can do it in Multiple Choice questions, etc, by entering a value in the "Penalty" field.  But on stand-alone click box interactions, there is no Penalty field.

What I am trying to do:  On a slide, a soft-skills video plays of two people having a conversation.  The user is to identify certain negative and positive behaviors that the people in the video are displaying, as it plays.  The user only gets points when they click a click box interaction at the correct time.  (Points are awarded.)  During "dead time" when the user shouldn't click, I want to deduct points if they click mistakenly or hap-haphazardly. I have a "dead time" click box displayed during those times, but don't know how to set it to negative points.
