New Adobe Captivate Unable to start correctly 0xc0000142

I am having issues with the new Adobe Captivate CP. It will not launch.  I have tried to run in admin mode and also tried to uninstall all of my Creative Cloud apps so I could use CCleaner to clean up old files and the applications.  I was able to get it to work for a few days, and now the error message has returned.  Any suggestions would be welcome.  Thanks

Hi Steve,

I had a similar issue this week where when I opened the tool it did not populate the home screen to show the buttons to open a project or create a new one, I had to close the box and restart the tool 3 times for it to work. I think this is a known issue with their team but i have not seen a resolution. if you can see the small square that shows the adobe logo but the buttons do not populate, close it and click again, it might take several tries but at the end it will open
