"New" Captivate Blank Screen in Preview and Published Page

I have created a 42-slide training module with 15 question slides on a Windows 11 machine and updated Captivate to 12.3.0.12. When I preview the training and publish it, I get a blank white screen on load. The first slide contains an opening video. During the creation, the preview worked fine.

I see responses to similar issues, but the results are not relevant, given the age of the issue.

When I attempted to update Captivate, it failed at 96%, so I backed-up my files and uninstalled the platform, then installed the latest version.  The results are the same, with the latest update installed.

I am working in Captivate 12.6.  After completing the entire course and publishing to the LMS, I discovered that only the first page appears.  Once I go on, I hear audio, see the page Title and header info, and that's it.  No graphic, no text, no navigation.

Can't seem to fix it no matter what I do.

Your first course of action should be to upload the same module to another SCORM-compliant LMS to test whether the same issue appears.  If it DOES, then the problem is likely to be in your course content somewhere.  However, if it does NOT, then the issue is likely to be your LMS.

I always test my SCORMs in the SCORM Cloud free online LMS.  It costs nothing to set up a free license to upload a single SCORM up to 100 megabytes for testing purposes.

SCORM Cloud is the gold standard in LMS.  So if your course plays fine in SCORM Cloud, you need to contact your LMS and ask for them to provide technical assistance to resolve the issue.  Tell them you have uploaded the same package to SCORM Cloud and the issue is not present.  Ask them to explain why their LMS is unable to provide similar performance.  (LMS vendors hate being compared to SCORM Cloud and they hate it when you can demonstrate that the issue is likely to be with the LMS rather than the SCORM itself.)

I am also running into this issue but on a Macbook and iMac. I have completley uninstalled Captivate 12.6 and run the cleaner, cleared the cache files but still doesn't work. I even tried creating a new project with only a few slides and it still will not generate the preview. In addition all of my previous files will no longer generate a preview and it seems to have corrupted them and they will not open on the older version even though they havent been saved in the new 12.6.

I am having this same issue with a 40+ slide module. Did this ever get resolved? Please let me know. Thank you.
