New Captivate SCORM compatibility in SABA cloud (Cornerstone SBX) LMS

compatibility issue with SCORM 1.2 packages published in the New Captivate.

We are unable to view courses on SABA Cloud (Cornerstone SBX) LMS that were created using the new Captivate. Instead, we just get a blank page at the beginning.

Has anyone encountered this issue and found a solution?

We tried publishing as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 2nd and 3rd Editions and still get the same behaviour.

    To be sure that the problem is with Captivate, not with the LMS, please check it out on SCORM Cloud.

    If the problem is the same, log a bug report to the team.
