new installation

i want to install my captivate on my new computer. the problem is that it is already installed on two computers that ae no longer in my position. i want to delet it and install on my computer.

how can i do that?

Hi there

Captivate may be installed on as many computers as you have. The key is *ACTIVATION*.

To my knowledge, it's activation that counts. And I understand it may be activated on two different computers. Typically a home computer and a work computer.

What you will need to do is locate the former computers, open Captivate and *DE-Activate* on one or both of them. That should free the license to activate on the new computer.

Hello Rick,

Thanks for your answer, but the problem is that i dont have this old

computers anymore. that's why i can de-activate them.
