    Using Adobe Captivate?

If not Captivate, what Adobe product are you using?

Generally speaking, the ultimate size of the screen doesn't really matter. What matters is how many pixels the screen is divided into.

I am using Captivate 9. I just had a worry because I created the programme for desktop then I was advised that it was going to show on 8 ft screen at a conference.

Thanks - your response is a relief, I will find out the pixels - do I use that to resize project?

Yes, well, optimally you will be given a pixel value to shoot for. When you say "8 ft screen", it likely means that a projection system will be broadcasting to a screen of that size. So what you will need to find out is the aspect ratio. It will either be 4x3 or 16x9. And if it's 4x3, you will want to create your Captivate project at perhaps 1024 pixels wide by 768 pixels tall. And if it's 16x9 you may want to create your project at perhaps 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels tall.

If you have already created your Captivate project you would then need to resize it by clicking Modify > Rescale Project.

    Cheers... Rick
