Can anyone help me on figuring out why my next page button keeps moving around when I try to click on it? Please see the video for an example. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your help.  I just downloaded it this weekend.

Use Help, Updates to install the upgrade. Follow instructions in the release notes: Release notes for Adobe Captivate 9.0.2

The very first release. That is the reason for your problems, please upgrade ASAP to 9.0.2.437, this is already the third patch which you missed.

O.K. So I found an existing thread which resolves this issue. I have no idea why this fixes the issue, but it does.

https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1941886

1. Close Captivate, Delete Preferences

2. Create a Responsive project, Add button, Reposition and observe

3. Open the Problem project

4. Resize or Reposition the button slightly  and verify the issue.

Please let us know in case if it still happens.

Thanks,

Nimmy Sukumaran

Hi there,

Are you seeing the issue with a newly created Cp9 project or with an upgraded project(Cp8 project opened in cp9)? This information helps us in narrowing down the issue as we are not able to reproduce the issue with a new project at our end.

Thanks,

Nimmy Sukumaran.

Hi,

Yes, it's a newly created Cp9 project. I am using this on a trial period if that makes any difference.

Are you on Captivate 9? I did see some other users mention this.  Is this a responsive project?

Yes, Captivate 9 and this is a responsive project. I'm previewing this using Safari so I have wondered if it could be a browser issue.

Could you check with another browser? You are using a Mac? Will try to find the threads, don't remember if there was a solution. I never had the issue myself.

Sorry, cannot find the threads, Search is so unreliable in these forums.
