Next Button Not Working

Hello,

I am using Captivate 6. I created a course from a Powerpoint Presentation, converted to SCORM, and then published to my Taleo/Oracle LMS.  Randomly, I have users encounter the "next" button does not work-on random slides.  The course simply freezes and nothing can be done.  I checked the buttons' attempts and they are set to infinite...? Can you advise on what this dysfunction is and how it can be corrected?

Hi There,

Welcome To Adobe Forums.

Can you please try and upload the published output to an LMS called SCORM CLOUD.

You can also create a free trial account on scorm cloud using the following steps:

1.     Browse to to the link https://cloud.scorm.com/sc/guest/SignUpForm

2.     Now Create your free trial account.

3.     Now publish the output in a zip format (in the form of SWF with reporting option enable)

4.     Now sign in into scorm cloud and upload the course and launch the output.

Please check and let us if it works fine.

Hello again,

As you instructed, I uploaded the course to SCORM Cloud, but the next

button again stopped working halfway thru... I had to restart the course

to get the course to continue. Any ideas?
