Next Buttons on Question Slide Do Not Work

I'm building a new CPTL file in Capitvate 8 and the Next buttons on my question slides do not work and advance to the next slide. Does anyone know what may be occurring?

    Next buttons are meant to skip a question. You need to use Submit button.

    Maybe you have quiz set to have each question answered?

    I can't find the Quiz setting that allow you to Skip a question. Do you know where it is?
