Question

No longer have the original Captivate files but need to make changes to a movie

I have two Captivate movies for which I no longer have the .cp files. Is there some way to import the existing parts of the movies (.swf, html) into Captivate so that I can make changes or do I need to start a new movie?

Thank you,
Stephanie

There's no 'decompiler' to convert SWF files back to Captivate.
But I've seen references to decompilers to convert SWF files back to
Flash (FLA). You could search, find, and try one of those...but I'd
guess that the result wouldn't be very...edit-friendly.
Otherwise, you gotta start a new movie.

Thanks for the response. I guess I'll look at this as a chance to redo the movies.
