No puedo acceder a Captivate

Hola espero alguien pueda apoyarme,tengo la licencia del software pero cuando lo descargo me lo pone de "Prueba" ¿alguien que pueda ayudarme?

Do you have a subscription or a perpetual license? For which version of Captivate?

If it is a subscription license you should log in with your Adobe ID, and also install the Creative Cloud app (and log in). Normally your ID will be recognized.

If it is a perpetual license you'll have a seriall number which you need to enter.
