No sound when previewing or publishing responsive project - captivate 9

I am using captivate 9

When I create a responsive project (or try to use one of the sample projects) I get sound on an individual slide when previewing, but not when I try a larger preview (eg 5 slides) or try to publish.  The only exception is that when I use the SCORM Cloud the sound works fine.

I have tried this with both my own projects, and sample projects from Adobe included with Captivate 9.  The result is the same with all of them.  Any ideas

I ended up resolving the issue myself.  I tried using a different browser (MS Edge) and the problem disappeared.  I had been using Google Chrome as my default.

When I went back and looked at Google Chrome I had installed an extension called "Disable HTML5 Autoplay".  I deleted this extension and now everything works fine in Google Chrome as well.

Thank you for posting; the Disable HTML5 Autoplay extension in Chrome was what was preventing sound from playing when previewing for me as well.
