No way to start captivate 9 on MAC: it cashes 4 secs after startup

Captivate starts and after 4 seconds close .

MAC OSX 10.11.6

ADOBE CC 3.8.0.310 ITA

Adobe Captivate 9 Trial downloaded from website today. Installed in INTL English

We want to buy CP but we need to try before.

Tried reinstall, tried clean preferences, tried delete SL CACHE Folder in Library.

Please give help.
