Non-conformant xAPI Integration

Hey, Ryan Smith here from the Learning Locker team at HT2 Labs. In version 8.0.3, you send HTTP PUT requests to xAPI/activities/state with a content type header of "application/json", but you provide a string not surrounded by quotes, hence it's invalid JSON.
