Not able to download Captivate file

I am in the process of looking at Adobe Captivate 9 training examples. The one file I was able to locate, I am not able to download.

Can someone see if they can access and download?

    I just downloaded and opened that file without any issues. It is about 101MB. If you have still problems, could upload it to a location and send you the link privately.

    Other examples are available from within Captivate: use the small monitor icon, either on the Welcomes screen or when you are in the UI itself, just to the right of the Help menu.

    If you can send the link, that would be great. For security reasons, my system will not let me access this file. I can access the others, but not this one.
