Not able to inbuilyt assets

I am not able to use any assets in captivate and its not getting imported to project. Audio / video assets are showing error if i click on them.

Its very urgent that I need to get this solved, please help.

    Please tell which version you are using? You find the full version number under Help, About Captivate if you are on a Windows system.

    You are using the most recent version, but are stil on the first (buggy) release. Can you start with upgrading to 12.3.0.12? Use the Update option under the Help menu. More info in this offical document:
