Not able to Install Captivate 5.5 on Windows 7 - 64 bit

HI All

I am trying to install trial version of Captivate 5.5 on Windows 7 64 bit, but continuously getting following error messages :

I have tried multilple times but still same error messages.

Will appreciate if some one could help to install the software

    I have tried to install on windows 7 32 bit version but couldn't able to install.

    following error comes

    DW025: The payload with AdobeCode:  {7DE6CDC3-CFEE-4564-813D-3F59E5D71F10} has recommended dependency on:

              ProductName: Adobe Media Encoder CS5.5 X64

              This dependency is not satisfied, because this payload is x64 and is not supported on this machine.

              Removing this payload from the dependency list.

    I am having the same problem with installing a trail version Captivate 5.5. I also have Adobe Creative Suite 5 Production Premium and Adobe Web Premium CS5 installed. I think there is a DLL conflict with Captivate 5.5 and earlier 5 versions of the Adobe products. Looks like I won't be moving to Captivate 5.5 until I get this problem resolved. If anyone resolved this issue, please let me know what your solution is.

    Hello

    As you have downloaded the Captivate 5.5 setup from www.adobe.com and still facing the same issue while installing it.

    So try to install Captivate 5.5 on a new admin account and observe that you are facing the same issue or not.

    If you still faces the same issue, you can contact Adobe Support

    hi,

    By the look of logs files, it indicates the download of captivate was not proper. Hence installation is failing.

    Can you download Captivate again and install. Use below link for download.
