not able to publish as mp4 in Captivate Classic.

Question

I am not able to publish as mp4 in Captivate Classic. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have deleted all the Advanced Interactions and variables. Myself and one coworker are not able to publish as mp4. However, another coworker was able to do it on her laptop. I installed the application on my personal PC, and it WORKED. What is it about our 2 laptops that is stopping this process. The error is: SWF compilation Failed. Any ideas?

I have finally been able to publish as mp4!! Uninstalling Captivate Classic was not enough. I had to have our IT team delete every single Adobe Captivate file and folder on my laptop. We also uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud, just for good measure. We reinstalled Captivate Classic, did one more computer restart, and it was publishing as mp4 again!
